Located in Wisconsin, the North American Support Center (NASC) is a vital component of our disaster recovery system, ready to take over operations if a natural disaster shuts down a contact center. It also provides routine service for all OCC centers during evenings, weekends, and holidays. Additionally, the NASC is equipped to support our clients by managing call volumes “in the back room” and providing on-demand assistance during peak times or special events. This service ensures that our clients’ operational needs are met efficiently and seamlessly.
