Excavator Ticket Management (ETM)

This comprehensive online tool helps excavators manage, organize and track all locate requests associated with their company. Upload supporting photos and documents, customize internal status information, file Advance tickets, reprocess existing tickets and prioritize tickets based on the progress of a job.

Ticket Check

OCC’s user-friendly positive response system closes the loop of communication: Automated email or fax notifications go out to excavators once a member utility has provided a response or status. Choose an interactive voice response system, a web-based system or both.

TicketLINK

Excavators gain immediate access to their tickets online with TicketLINK, allowing them to view all ticket components and to take actions such as updating, canceling or retransmitting the ticket, uploading and viewing attachments and adding notes and comments.
