One Call Concepts’ commitment to excellence is achieved through our experienced, industry-tested leadership. Our company leaders have years of hands-on experience working in call center management and the damage prevention industry, accumulating a wealth of skills and knowledge.
They have played an active role in the one call industry since its inception — and continue to do so. Several members of our management team actively participated in the original best practices study for the Common Ground Alliance (CGA), a study that highlighted the need for one organization to continuously update best practices in the underground utility industry.
Our leadership has worked tirelessly on legislative efforts at both the state and federal levels for damage prevention. We continue this commitment to damage prevention by supporting many local and national associations.
