Scalable Excavator Training Development
With the goal to introduce more excavators to submitting locate requests online, North Dakota One Call and OCC collaborated to develop a virtual ITICnxt® software training. In contrast to scheduled trainings, this self-led option makes the training accessible to more excavators as they can complete the training anytime, anywhere, and at their own pace.
State-Wide Excavator Meeting Facilitation
North Dakota One Call and the North Dakota Pipeline Association tasked OCC with revitalizing the state’s excavator meetings post pandemic. By consolidating the meeting management to a single party, OCC’s efforts have made it easier for facility operators to participate and extend their excavator outreach beyond what was previously possible.
Real-Time Ticketing Statistics Dashboard
In early 2024, an online dashboard was launched on the North Dakota One Call website. The OCC-developed dashboard has made detailed ticketing statistics easily accessible for all stakeholders and provides real-time ticket data in a visual format. The data includes statewide ticket volumes and weekly trends, and users can drill down by date, ticket type(s), and more.
