Voluntary Positive Response System Launch
Montana 811 and OCC collaborated to launch the voluntary positive response system, allowing facility operators to provide marking status through the one call center. With multiple utilities on each ticket, this provides a single streamlined location for excavators to check statuses.
Weekly Software Training Webinars
Since the launch of ITICnxt®
in Montana, OCC’s local ITIC team has hosted several training webinars each week that focus on the system’s tools and applications. When attendees are interested, the webinars also branch out into OCC’s other web products, including Locator Tickets and IMAP.
Social Media Support
Like many OCC clients, Montana 811 partners with the OCC Creative team for social media content creation and management support. This partnership has resulted in the capability to target specific audiences, develop timely content, and promote Montana 811 events.
