In-Person Software Demonstrations
Kentucky 811 partnered with OCC to travel across the state and host Software Summits. At each event, our experts demonstrated ITICnxt® and Locator Tickets software to local stakeholders, answered questions, and assisted anyone interested in doing a “test-run” on available laptops. These efforts deepened relationships with the attendees and improved their understanding of the newly implemented software.
“Looker” Dashboard Development
After the executive director of Kentucky 811 reached out to OCC and requested a way to see day-to-day operations, OCC got to work developing the “looker” dashboard. The easily accessible dashboard displays real-time ticket data, allowing both the Kentucky 811 team and OCC teams to monitor for trends and react quickly should the need arise.
Conditional Ticket Routing
To increase efficiency, OCC has developed a solution for organizing design ticket submissions with conditional ticket routing. Now, when a design ticket is submitted, that ticket is routed to a secondary location in lieu of being sent to the primary location where typical locate requests are directed. This feature is dynamic and based on not only the ticket header, but also the day of the week and time of day.
