When KCUC joined the OCC network in 2021, their members and excavators gained access to all that OCC has to offer, including 24/7 notification center coverage, easy online ticket entry, and a suite of innovative web products. Local users have expressed appreciation for the new products’ enhanced reporting and efficiency.
Voluntary Positive Response System Launch
KCUC and OCC collaborated to launch the voluntary positive response system, allowing facility operators to provide marking status through the one call center. With multiple utilities on each ticket, this provides a single streamlined location for excavators to check statuses.
Social Media Outreach and Support
Like many OCC clients, KCUC partners with the OCC Creative team for social media content creation and management support. This partnership has resulted in the capability to target specific audiences, develop timely content, and promote KCUC events.
